Filter Replacement and Callout

Although most filter cartridges are easy to change yourself, they can sometimes be tricky or complicated without the right tools or expertise.

For this reason, we have an on-site filter cartridge replacement service which includes a complete check of your system, changing the filter and adjustment to the correct flow rate. We also flush the cartridge and check for leaks before leaving, so that it is ready for you to use. We can service all size units, from small domestic units to large industrial sizes.  We can also provide a callout service for rectifying leaks or other problems.

We can determine whether your filter cartridge needs replacement and can advise on the most suitable filter cartridge to replace it with to suit your circumstances and requirements. We have an extensive range of filter cartridges that are interchangeable with most brands of water filters and purifiers on the market.

When a filter cartridge is purchased from Purewater Products New Zealand, we provide a reminder service when it is due for replacement.
