Drinking Water Only

If you are only concerned about the quality of your drinking water (point of use - kitchen, etc.), rather than treating all your house water (e.g. bathroom and toilets), then a Crystal Pure countertop or underbench purifier with the MAC25 filter cartridge is ideal.  The MAC25 filter cartridge is especially suited for use on rainwater supplies for the removal of dirt, sediment, taste, Giardia, pesticides, herbicides, sprays, fertilisers, and algae. 

This purifier would be used for all your consumption water including cooking, rinsing vegetables, filling the kettle, etc.  Other drinking water systems are available for removal of other contaminants, e.g. Cryptosporidium, heavy metals, etc. (Contact us).  If you suspect you have a bacterial contamination in your rainwater supply or you wish to safeguard yourself from any possible bacterial or viral contamination, we recommend you add an optional ultraviolet steriliser unit after the purifier (for underbench units).
