Water Testing and Analysis

A water test is the first step in finding the correct solution and water treatment system for your rural water problem. We have full water testing facilities for mineral testing of bore and spring water, and bacteria testing for rain, bore, spring and stream water.

Full Mineral Test

• $95.00 (incl. GST) We test for common minerals found in bore or spring water supplies. We provide you with a written report and advice on treatment requirements. Please contact us prior to sending or bringing in a water sample for testing, as special instructions for collection and delivery are required.

Bacterial Test

• We do not offer this service, but please contact us for further information.

Acidity Test

• $65.00 (incl. GST) If you know or suspect you have an acidity problem with your water (blue/green), we can do an Acidity Test to determine the severity of the problem and advise on the correct system to use.

Town Water Test

• We do not test town water supplies. Water test results and treatment methods can usually be obtained from your local city or district council.

If you already have a water test analysis, you can fax us on (07) 834 0687 or email us with the results and we can advise on possible solutions. Purewater Products New Zealand has a wide range of treatment systems available to suit all water problems with over 18 years experience in treating the most difficult water supplies.

NOTE: A system layout showing tanks, pumps and system size (e.g. single house, milking shed, stock troughs, irrigation, etc.) is very useful. If you are posting the sample please ensure the cap is secure and the bottle is well packaged.
